A 400x30mm linear emitting window spreads uniform UV energy across the full web width, so UV ink, varnish, coating and adhesive cure in one pass at high line speed. Water cooling keeps the LED array at stable junction temperature during 24 hour runs, which preserves irradiance and extends lamp life
